Every time I walk past this guy's desk at work, he stares at me alot. When we are in the lift together, I can feel him staring at me. We dont have many opportunities to talk as we work in different teams, but when we have to discuss work related issues, he always acts very neutral and does not make any eye contact. So why does he stare at me whenever he thinks I am not looking?? BTW I am not wierd looking !!

Sometimes the direct approach is best, just ask. But if that seems too bold for your liking, look for the following signs. Pay attention to your conversations with the person in question.
1) Does this person show a special interest in having a conversation with you and, once started, make an effort to keep that conversation going?
2) Has this person taken a sudden interest in your life and hobbies? This is a sure sign that he or she is interested in something.
3) Other elements of body language include frequent eye contact, holding your gaze and looking down before looking away.
4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?

Hi, i think this guy likes you, he might not even no that hes doing it, he could even do it to everyone some people just love to stare, but when you say he is neutral and doesnt make eye contact when you are talking it seems like he really likes you and doesnt know what to do around you, next time you catch him staring at you say Hello to him as he wont know what to do as you have sussed him out staring at you. Can i ask you a question, do you quite like him, as you seem not to mind him starring at you. If you do like him chat to him but if you dont stay clear he could be a werido.

Sounds like he likes you... Whats his manner? cold or friendly and fun...
Quite likely shy or afriad of dating at work thing...
Him acting neutral could mean he is afriad you will be mean to him or think he is a creep for fancing you ... you need to get him on his own and as him if we wants to ask you out, thats ok if he does.

If your young and he's older he's a perv if you guys are close in age he's wants to get in those panties!If he's hot maybe you should talk to him but personally i would'nt want a guy that likes to stare at women

when you come back from the ladies,do you ensure that you've not tucked your skirt into your knickers?...this is more than likely to be the cause...just be more careful in future.
