Hi i think its three nights a week but if you dont actually live there and just stay the night no one will know. I think its only if you live there and pay bills for her and stuff. They can check how much your bills are and stuff so they can find out if more than the correct amount of people are living in the house hold, but i dont know wheather that applies to staying the night to actually living there, but whos gonna know.

If your in the UK then as I understand it - it is 3 nights out of every 7. If you stay for more than ½ the week your classed as living there and "staying" elsewhere.

All depends on the gossips really as to how much you can get away with.

in the uk -none the benefits agency will argue that if u stay over at her house then you are contributing to the income-cos she shouldnt be able to afford for u to stay there- daft i know but thats what thell say-get her to stay at yours or they could take the money off her- its always at the benefit agents discretion but believe me they can and will try to make things hard for her even if its only one night a week, they only have to watch her house and they do often to see if u have stayed there

Most jurisdictions have a guideline. 'Visitors' are only visitors until they move in and stay, period.
Who's going to ask? Eventually if you start getting your mail delivered there, someone may find out to the detriment of your friend's housing benefits.

Be care full everybody has got nosey neighbours, but as long as you are not living at her place it should be cool, try if possible to entertain your girlfriend around your place some week nights, the H.B. don't work that many weekends.

As many as you want just don't look as though you've moved in,ie don't have your stuff in her house all the time, and don't pay her any money towards any of the bills for the house or food.
