Im interested in starting a diet, But it is hard to make food and not over eat or eat the wrong thing... so I have decided to order pre-made meals and have them shipped to me...

What are some companys that do this in the US?

I do not recommend these diets as you can still over eat with them because they will still be in your house. Most of the pre made meal have preservatives and bad things in them, they are not good for our bodies or for weightloss. Steer clear of pre packaged foods even in the grocery store.
Fruits and vegetables are the best route to go and you can eat as many of them as you wish. Maybe see a nutrionist and get a list and meal planner that way of the right foods to eat. It is alot cheaper and a way of life to eat right forever. Good Luck!

Nutrisystem, Jenny Craig and LA Weight loss are the big ones. Don't forget to exercise, too!
