Let't pretend that we can for a moment. I know that we can't. Assume that my son has never sinned and that it really will save all of mankind.

Actually, God didn't kill his son. The Jewish religious leaders did.

It is not your son's fate to die for all of man kind. Jesus was born for that very purpose. I don't think I know anyone willing to die for all of mankind. People don't love each other enough to die for one another. If you are talking about offering your son up as a sacrafice, remember the scripture; God did send a ram in the bushes for Abraham; therefore, Isaac did not have to die. Besides, God did not kill Jesus. Jesus knew his fate and was willing to die for people just like you who didn't know any better. Please get involved in church where they will teach you all about the new testament. What a really stupid question.

If you knew that you could save all mankind by infllicting their punishment on your only Son, AND you knew you had the power to raise Him up alive again?

I don't see the problem.
We have a compassionate God.

It doesn't matter if your son has never sinned, he was born with original sin. Plus, the sacrifice would be ineffective because Jesus has already saved mankind.

It has already been done, once for all. Your sacrafice wouldnt do anything. Jesus' blood is the atonement for all sin; past, present, future. Try to find an origional idea next time.

No, that would be murder. God instructed Abraham to do so to tet his faithfulness in God. But God sent a ram to stop Abraham from diong so, so he would kill the ram instead.

No, you can't do it yourself, you just have to put him in a position where you know he'll be killed by someone else and do nothing to stop it even though it would take little to no effort on your part. Then it's holy.
