You prepared caramelized sugar before knowing how to use it? If it's brown sugar it will go well mixed with some pecans and put on ice cream. Beyond that...who knows?

Use it in a recipe for flan (egg pudding). It's a mexican dessert and is very tasty.

on apples is really good, over ice cream, mixed nuts, popcorn, waffles, pancakes, brownies, cookies
