I hate staying in the same place and doing the same thing over and over again. The only type of exercise that I like is walking because there is always something different to see. I can walk for hours.

I never use to and i got well into going to the gym and walking everywhere but this last year i've been awful and barely do anything. I am on my feet all day but it hardly counts! I find it easier if the gym is close though, as hate the time period between leaving my house and getting to the gym, exp if you have to walk there!

Do sit ups & leg lifts while watching T.V., Mountain bike to the store instead of sitting in an expensive gym pedaling no where, Walk your neiborhood at night with an mp3 with your favorite music, swim at your favorite beach instead of a pool.

Find something you like and DON'T call it exercise. I like hiking in the mountains. My son likes swimming. My daughter likes playing school. OK...so she's only 7. ;-))

Yes in fact I do. I wish there was a way to just keep it off and never have to worry about it again.

I like it, but after a long hard day at work I'm too tired to work out. I lack energy, motivation....and time!!! I need help!
