Is this your first baby? I just had my second and took 60 days off for him and me! You're going to realize that this baby is going to need everything from you, including your free time. Take the time off, a soul vacay if you will. Enjoy your new baby, they're only sweet and little for a short while. Soak it up! You have plenty of time to get back into the employment field. If you are so desperate to work, talk to your current boss and see if they have something you could do from home (via email or something) and correspond.

Xango.com first home based business that does not require a huge start up fee. Only 35 bucks for the first year, and 20 bucks a year after that to retain membership. No on-hand product to sell or distribute, and I hear the stuff is amazing. I have yet to try it, but I signed up for the program yesterday because it did not require a huge investment.

i have started my own in home daycare depending on your state you are legally allowed to watch so many children with out being licensed. I charge a very good rate and i put in very little investment and what i did put in i can claim on my taxes as well as square footage of my home that is used for the business. I make about $850 every 2 weeks plus i get to claim all the food and toys and most of my house payment. Good luck with the business venture and with your child.

Believe me you'll quit thinking about it after your baby comes!! Thats a full time job right there!!
Daycare is a good idea but only if you for sure have the quality time for your own child.

You should REALLY relax right now....these are the critical times. If you strain yourself or stress yourself right now you could really harm the baby!
