certainly, so long as no part of the seed is removed during the grinding.
P.S. Sjean, your digestive system is so effective that they do not pass through intact. Your system leaves the shell mainly in one piece, but it extracts the essential fats contained in the seed (omega-3s).

i don't know what replaced into valuable to others, notwithstanding the way i love flax seed is in flax seed bread. I genuinely have 2 kinds of flax seed bread the following, the 9 grain form and the skinny small slices that are in common words 50 cal. yet the different is one hundred cal. i want flax seed because of an intestinal affliction called dysbiosia. i'm persuade this extremely enables. My well being care service would not help with this in any respect....i got here across this by ability of reading books with the help of Jordan Rubin & his colleague Braskin. also examine Dr. Don Colbert's books....he's conscious a great deal about scuffling with maximum cancers. besides, it does help once you've any type of bowel complications i imagine. that's for further valuable well being. i tried the flax seed cereal and did not like it notwithstanding that's superb in the toast. I continually toast the bread and use actual butter (fit than marg.).

Flaxseed is beneficial but ground up flaxseed you get the inner part of seed that is most beneficial. The whole seed is NOT as beneficial and is being passed whole(if you know what I mean). Go for the ground flaxseed!

No, I've read that they're so tiny and hard that they just generally pass through your digestive system intact.

no they are not, they pretty much pass right through.
In order to get the full benefit from them you must grind them up
