Depends. Everyone is different, but you can see the horrid diet of Americans, and most of us are still kickin'. Our bodies are extremely good at what they do, but that is not an OK to eat whatever you want. Eating junk food is pretty much as detrimental as being an alcoholic or a smoker. It's a major stress your body doesn't want to handle.

Over a course of time it really can cause bigger problems and shows as we age, but any junk food is bad and artery clogging. Also genetics play a role as well.

not much..... rent "Supersize me"...it is eye-opening and life-changing..... fast food really is poison....
