Take multi-vitamins. Also, use salon shampoo and cond. If you don't have the $$ for a conditioning treatment, buy some and use it. Don't put anymore chemicals in your hair until it grows out. It is growing....trust me....it just breaks often and you can't tell its growing.

There is NOTHING that can make your hair grow back, but taking a multivitamin wont hurt. Lacking certain vitamins can cause your hair to fall but stress can as well. Get a good conditioning treatment--salon hair products are not better than products in a store. I am a hairdresser and trust me, its all about money. I would also go to a dermatologist. Stay away from chemicals and products that will dry your hair to cause breakage. Also, try to avoid blow drying your hair with hot heat--use the cooler air or an infuser. Good luck ;- )

Do an extreme organic conditioning mask every week untill the texture come back then when that is better start using non chemical products and maybe cut your hair to get the weight off so youre hair can grow naturally, plus dont wear your hair up for several weeks to give it a break.Dont use any products like, hair spray, mouse, gel or anything just use NATURAL products,i would recommend Origins or Hemp products, they are water based and they are made for extreme damage.

Not sure if you have African American Hair or Caucasian hair, but there is a product called Do Grow. it like grease that you put in your hair after you was it and it helps. It also helps if you dont wash it as much and dont pull it back into a ponytail because that is whats pulling it out. Go natural for a while and you will see some changes. DOnt put to many chemicals in your hair either because it doesnt do anything but damage damaged hair. Or you can just find you a really good beautician that will help you get your hair back healthy again!

use vitamin E extract on the bold spot 2x a day and you will see it growing again. Start also using a deep conditioner once a week and leave it in for a half hour with a shower cap. That should help you. Oh and if you do use gel only ALCOHOL FREE...........

try improving your diet and eating mostly all natural/organic foods. also talk to your doctor. it could be chemical, it could be allergies...only a medical evaluation can help you truly get to the bottom of this.
