im trying to lose my stomache but keep my butt i know it sounds ridicolous
but my body is skiny anyways and i have oinly a nice *** and im scared if i run ill lose it cuz ppl who run lose it... and i dont like running much...so i was wonderin if i just do CRUNCHES....will it be enough to make my stomache go flat and in.. so it looks soooooooooo thin and small....cuz i neeed to make my body in shape before i go in for modeling and im afraid thell reject me. im skinny and have no boobs and a big butt and my stomache is big soooooooo someone please be kind and help me tell me what ishould do.. crunches like 400 in a day is good or no?? will it make my stomache flat?
and i dont want to go on a diet i want to eat food i love i dont need to get skinnier im only fat on my STOMACHE otherwise I DONT NEED A DIET IM NOT FAT!!!
