What is a good recipe for Chipotle Mayonnaise?

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 chipotle chilies in adobo sauce
1 tablespoon adobo sauce from chipotle peppers

In a food processor, combine the mayonnaise, chipotle chilies, and adobo sauce. Pulse until smooth and well blended.
****Don't use Miracle Whip or salad dressing for this. Neither one qualifies as mayonnaise and are not as thick as the real thing, which will make your result much runnier.

1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons lime juice (or juice from one lime)
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro
Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
Combine and mix ingredients for Chipolte Lime Mayonnaise in medium size bowl.

you grind up some chipotles....(roasted jalepanos), add the mayo a little salt and pepper.
