ummm the questions are about what the parent thinks of of the art center. I don't know this man or his children, so i do not know much of what to ask him.
what are some "normal" questions asked in an interview with parents about schools or stuff like that?

i'm sorry, but i don't understand the situation enough to answer you. i'll put you on my watchlist in case you elaborate on the situation.

thanks!

o.k. that helps!!

first you'll want to start with some basic get to know who this guy is questions:

--who are your children? names, ages?

--how long have they attended the art center?

--in that time what classes have your children taken?

--what kinds of progress have you noticed in you kids? (maybe this isn't just art based...maybe they are more outgoing, creative, able to work with other kids....)

--what impact do you feel the art center has on your children and your family?

--how long do you plan on keeping your children enrolled here?

--what is your basic opinion of the art center?

--how do you feel the art center impacts the community?

--would you encourage other parents to send their kids here? why or why not?

that's about all i can think of to ask without being more involved.
hope this helped!

take care.

also, if you can record the interview...radio shack sells mini recoders fairly inexpensivly or wal-mart....if that's not an option then be sure your questions are written out ahead of time with enough space to write his answers, but not verbatim, that would take too long.

Get all the facts about the kids' names, grade in school, and their ages. What other hobbies do they have? How does he feel the art center helps his children? Does he feel there are any disadvantages/drawbacks with being at the art center? Was it hard to get his children into the art center? Any waiting list? Tuition fees? Does he feel that the art center can help his children with their futures? Is the father artistic also? Was he ever in an art school? If not, does he wish he could have had that opportunity? Make sure you have your questions written down, talk slowly--don't rush. Practice before a mirror. You'll be great! Maybe get a few facts about the art center in question: How long it's been open, how many students currently enrolled, average age of the student, etc. Good luck to you.
