If you mean in custody battles I think it is wrong to use the child as a form of control. The child was not the problem in the relationship and should not be used as leverage. The child should not be forced to pick between the parents. Two people made a baby and in most cases the couple had feelings for each other. As Judge Judy says "You have to love the child more than you hate each other" Don't involve the children in adult issues.

With a new baby, sleep can be hard to come by. This puts everyone in the house on edge. Not all women want to kill the father (especially if the father will help with the baby!) but every woman gets cranky at times. Tips: Don't get mad back; ask what you can do to help, then do it! And give it time. Once parents figure out what they are doing, it gets easier.

Maybe you should put in more daddy time so the baby won't let himself be used. I understand most guys are scared of those little tiny things in your big hands. Get over it, my husband did and its great when my babies get tired of seeing me all day. Your woman might be jelous of you and the fact that you can still live the way you were before. Give her a chance to relax and maybe she'll calm down

Why do men keep having babies and don't take responsibility for them....support (money & emotional), take an active role in their life, or share in the responsibilities of raising the child (bath them, feed them, change their diapers or stay up all night with them when they are sick? I thank God for my wonderful husband that is such a good husband, friend, provider and above all a great father.

so you will get on the ball! step up to the plate and be a man. So you will take care of your child. Even if that means paying your child support.

Depends on what you mean by intimidate. Do you mean make you pay child support and make you spend time with your child? Or do you mean something else?

I think you are categorizing all women into one group and that is wrong. Just because one does it doesn't mean they all do. Maybe the women you speak of feels threatened by you.
