I'm sorry, this has nothing to do with trust I believe here, I believe that this has to deal with your boyfriend knowingly accepting an invitation with someone that he's previosuly cheated on you with. As much as I believe that trust is the ultimate key to success in a relationship, this goes further than trust. This deals with respect and being a responsible human and teliing the girl "No". Tell him how you feel about him going to the party, and instead, try and convince him to have a fun day just the 2 of you. The girl throwing the party knows exactly what she's doing trying to invite HIM, out of all the people, to her party. You shouldn't dwell on the past, but this goes beyond simply getting trust back in a relationship.

Talk to your boyfriend. Tell him in a calm, but firm and no nonsense manner that you would really would rather he not go to the party. Suggest something else instead that you can do together. If he still goes to the party I think it will say something about how he much he really cares about your feelings ESPECIALLY since you have already taken him back after he cheated on you! Good luck.

To be perfectly honest with you right now. I was in your shoes about 6 months ago. The guy I was with was invited by his ex-girlfriend whom he had cheated on me with once during our relationship to a party. I knew where she lived, and I had friends who knew her and were invited to the party as well. Well, my man didn't feel that it was appropriate to take me with him to the party because he was afraid something would happen and I was not invited. My girlfriends thought that because I was their friend and the invitation was that they could bring 2 guests with them, they took me. I went to the party with them, met up with my boyfriend at the time who was bumping the bedsprings with his ex girl that threw the party. Needless to say it was not pretty at all. I broke up with him and beat the daylights out of her.
So, I would go to the party. You are his girl. So what is he hiding?

Tell him you don't feel comfortable with going to this party.. Ask him if it is important for him to attend there and maybe he will rather stay with you.. If he is mature enough and loves you then he will not go to this party.. Tell him to do something together that night instead..

You can't stop someone from cheating. If wants to cheat, he will do it. Reguardless of if you go to this party or not. It would be tragic for someone to cheat on someone like yourself who is obviously concerned about your relationship, but it happens.

Let him have a little freedom. You love him right? Then if you do, you'll trust him, and you'll let him go to the party. But if he cheats, just dump his sorry a*&.
