just restart everytime u turn it off.
if u mean set a time to turn back on, then no, u cant with windows, cus when u turn it off, it is off.
thus u cant with software.
there is no bios option to do so, but if u would u would have to do it in thy bios and have thy internal batery tell bios to turn on, which... would take alot of work to design.
if u really want to, u can try to rig something to call on thy button when ur alarm clock goes off.
