Who actually pays for the housing of asylum seekers does it come out of our council tax ?

and im as english and british as anyone but
i am fed up of these so called asylum seekers taking the piss out of our country

no - that pays for roads, bins emptied, police, fire and the like - unfortunately - you and I are paying for these asylum seekers with our taxes!! Although I will say now that there are asylum seekers who do have legitimate reasons to be here and want to stay but there is another lot - who just love free hand outs - have a free house, here's a car...anything else you want??

Unless the government have made specific provision to fully fund Local Authorities for this; it will be approximately 75% Central Government and 25% Local Authority. That is, because Central Government funds 75% of all Local Authority net expenditure.It is a spurious analysis, however, because in effect, the taxpayer will meet the cost in one form or another.

up of asylum seekers getting what we cant. but we cannot paint them all with the same brush. as im sure there are those who come here for asylum for good reasons, and end up good ciitizens and work.

As long as you are eaten up from the inside by such negative thoughts, you will die a very unhappy person and the "scum" of the earth, as one your brother/sister in hate and sadness put it, will inherit your place. Wish you peace and happiness. I am from the Third World but have no intention to encroach upon your precious property. Millions of tourists from Britain and America come to my country to spend their summer holidays and a great deal of them settle down for good here. They are granted a very priveldged status as tourists or residents because they choose to spend the rest of their life in "our" country.

Yes, we pay for it. They also get priority over British in housing, free bus/train passes, TVs and videos and everything else needed if they have an unfurnished house.

Nothing like looking after your own..........it makes no difference what colour you are, if you are British, your screwed.
