I don't know about 10 but the freeway has really worked well for me. I live in SoCal and traffic is horrible so it gives me something to do.

out of ten i can suggest a few. 1.look at the face and say hi with a great smile. 2.if the person is with a child ignore the person and just talk 2 the child. 3.just pose as if u know that person and call him or her with any name and after saying sorry,you can intro duce yourself.--------------
