If you fast, your blood sugar could become dangerously low... if you take water pills or laxatives your could become serious dehydrated-- which can actually lead to heart failure.

there's 2 types of muscle gain bulk muscle proper associated with body builders lean muscle associated with athletes its lean muscle you do want to develop and you do that by using lighter weights but doing more repetitions... lean muscle is what helps you to loose weight and develop cardivascular fitness... so dont be put off doing weights it is very necessary that you have strong lean muscle whether you are a girl or boy as it helps to also support the skeletal system the other good point of increasing lean muscle is that while you are in the fat loss period you can eat more than you would if you dont do lean muscle development exercises... plus once you have lost the boy fat you want to, you shall find it much easier to maintain your weight... one big tip don"t become scales orientated in judging the change in your body... concentrate more on loss of inches... i say this 'cause after 2-3 weeks you shall find that your weight may temporarily increase by a few pounds and you might get discouraged... that weight gain is absolutely okay 'cause muscle weighs more than fat and the is a small period when that muscle gain weighs more than the fat loss... just understand that the lean muscle you put on is what shall burn up the calories in the future... the other thing is muscle never turns into fat or vica versa they are totally different things... the reason that misunderstanding has arisen is 'cause when you stop exercising and don't need the muscle any more the brain shall actually cause the muscle to be broken down and removed from the body... what usually happens though is that while you've decreased the muscle, your eating habits don't necessarily change... same calories being eaten less being burned up, therefore fat is created by the liver and stored in the fatcells...

The cabbage diet! I lost about 12 lbs in 3 days, but you have to stick with it - the more soup you eat/drink the more weight you lose (temporarily). Only trouble is it starts like a tonic, becomes a medicine and then ends up feeling like poison. Take care if you drink alcohol within 48 hours - I ended up being very drunk indeed after just 2 glasses of wine!!

An old friend was a wrestler and he could drop 10 lbs in three days. He told me he would eat ice cubes only and he wore one of those plastic flock lined training suits day and night. No extra workout other then his scheduled ones.This is not recommended unless you are already toned and in shape or you will end up in the hospital.

Try the british heart foundation website, they have a 3 day chemical diet. I know a few people that have tried this diet and they have lost upto 12lbs in that period. Also drink plenty of water, it can take away the hunger pangs. Good Luck

I think you should eat fish and a salad for those days with an hour of exercise in the morning and at night,then you will really see the results.I have lost ten pounds by trying this.
