Oh, I witnessed last year that lots of people became Jehovah's Witnesses.
Last year 2005, we "brainwashed" as they like to say, 247,631, that became Jehovah's Witnesses and everyone of these had to change their minds pertaining to the false teachings that they had been taught, these were people that used their own Bible, King James, etc., 28,384 were from the United States.
How many buildings has your religion completed here lately?
During the service year, 2,340 Kingdom Halls were completed around the world. This represents an average of 195 halls per month, or just over 6 per day! Since November 1999 when the construction program in lands with limited resources began, 9,930 Kingdom Halls have been built. In many areas, once a hall is finished, meeting attendance soars and halls are soon filled to capacity.
The only reason for your ???, is to receive negative answers, so let's take a survey since you like to ask & receive.
Let's take a "poll" and get the opinions (of people) by asking specific questions.
1. Were any of you ever a Jehovah's Witness?
2. Did you just decide to leave without a reason?
3. Was there a reason?
4. Were you disfellowshipped?
5. If you were disfellowshipped, for what reason?
Here are some reasons one can be removed from
the Congregation, please choose one or more.
Some of the offenses that could merit disfellowshipping from the Christian congregation are fornication, adultery, homosexuality, greed, extortion, thievery, lying, drunkenness, reviling, spiritism, murder, idolatry, apostasy, and the causing of divisions in the congregation.
6. Or is it just because you hate what we believe?
7. JW's are in 235 lands & islands, we respect the flag of each country unlike most christian religions, Why do you think, the prisons are full of so-called Christians, why is it that so-called Christians are the ones that "burn, spit, step on the "flag" and show disrespect not only to the flag but to the country they live in?
I can think of a President of the U.S.A. that saluted or said the pledge of allegiance every day, yet He had to leave office because of wrong doing, and the deliberate act of deviating from the truth. So the saluting and pledge is not what makes you a good person, it's obeying God's Word, that does.
8. Is it because of people that could care less about
God's rules that are layed out in the Bible, you
people have 3 things on your brain, Catholics,
Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses.
9. Why don't you people wise up and start acting like a
Christian, isn't that what most of you claim to be?

This question seems designed primarily to mock and belittle a great Christian religion. Interestingly, such "hatred" should be expected by true Christians in this time of the end, and it actually helps identify Jehovah's Witnesses as Christ's true disciples:
(John 15:19) If you were part of the world, the world would be fond of what is its own. Now because you are no part of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, on this account the world hates you.
(Luke 6:22) Happy are you whenever men hate you, and whenever they exclude you and reproach you and cast out your name as wicked for the sake of the Son of man.
(1 Peter 4:4) Because you do not continue running with them in this course to the same low sink of debauchery, they are puzzled and go on speaking abusively of you.
(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.
It seems signficant that the relatively small religion of Jehovah's Witnesses are the ones best known for their worldwide preaching work. Yet Jesus commanded that ALL who would call themselves "Christian" perform this public work:
(Matthew 28:19,20) Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you. And, look! I am with you all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.

Common mistake: it's Jehovah's Witnesses- witnesses for Jehovah. They were there and they saw what he did. Whatever that was. The name Jehovah is a mis-pronuciation of YHVH which is the name that Jewish people use for the being who identified Himself as "I am that I am".
We love to give nicknames don't we Jimmy?

Jehovah Witnesses....well they took one of the names for Jesus and they ran with it, I mean it says Lord more than it says Jehovah and they say that Jehovah is the only name to call him. My wife used to be Jehovahs witness and now that she really studies the Bible she know knows that it is just dumb of them to go into the Bible and change all of the words GOD into Jehovah in theie Bible

I am also tired of people saying lies about us. you must be disfellowshipped. we love Jehovah and Jesus. we did not change the bible. you so called christians did. you took out the name Jehovah and put in Lord. Lord is a title. God has a name. ps 83 verse 18. we are not brainwashed, Jehovah did not make us into robots. maybe you are a robot going to your church. every church tells different things. we in 235 lands talk about the same things.
