Yes, viagra effects women. The way a woman's clitoris gets hard is physiologically the same as the way a man's penis gets hard. But if she's 19, I seriously doubt she needs it, except perhaps as a mental excuse to drop her inhibitions.

I seriously doubt it has any real sexual affect. Probably more like a placebo effect
