Probably because the lacrimal gland is 'squeezed' by the facial muscles during laughter, hence tears come out.
And we are not made up of 98% water, the figure is 60% of our total body weight is water!!!

Its the same thing why does your tummy hurt when you laugh so hard. Or when you go swimming why does all of a studden do are legs cramp up. I dont know why it happens but its what are made up of 98% of water.

this is been awhile, yet even as a pal fell by the basement window pulling weeds, I laughed so difficult I pulled a muscle in my decrease back, which looked so humorous and ridulous that I laughed much more durable This morning I received a contravention word for saying "thanks" that's gorgeous, The violation reported my answer became "man or woman content textile" should be childrens considering thanks'll not enter a number of their vocabulary a lot!

happiness and sadness are very close in the brain or sumthin lik etheres a thin line between them thats y wen sumpeople are crying it might sound like their laughing nd vice versa or maybe im just completely wrong but thats wat i heard lol

its like a sponge.... you are squeezing it... squeeze too hard or laugh too hard and you'll pee your self
