Let's take your comments one by one:
Two cities called Sodom and Gemorrah were destroyed by the wrath of "God". If they were destroyed, how can people refer to others as Sodomites -when none survived?
A. People have used the term "sodomite" to refer to homosexuals, because they believe that God destroyed these cities for the sin of wanting to rape the men who came to visit Lot.
I think there was alot more to it than that, but the term has been in use for quite awhile now.
The Towel of Babel was destroyed. In revelations, the whore of Babylon is said to return. Why is there no mentioning of other whores in Babylon.
A. The tower of Babel has nothing to do with Babylon. The whore of Babylon is not a woman, but a symbol.
The walls of Jericho were knocked down by trumpets and horns. Is this the first test of a sonic weapon?
A. Yes.
A child is born to a woman who has never had sex, even with her husband.
A. By the power of God. If He can create a universe, why can't He create a baby in the womb of a virgin?
Jesus, a prophet turns water into wine. Feeds thousands with a handful of fish and a couple loaves of bread. Just how big WERE the portions in order to do this?
A. Jesus is more than a prophet. He is God incarnate. Why would anything be impossible for Him?
Jesus is tortured, beated, nailed to a cross, and dies. Three days later, he "rises from the grave". Why did it take so long? Why not one day? What was he doing for those three days?
A. He descended into the grave and brought out those people who had died believing and looking forward to the promise of His coming.
After his death, Jesus appears to other people. Was he a ghost, a hologram, a hallucination? Jesus ascends to "Heaven". He clears the runway and takes off into sky.
A. He is alive. He is God. He has the power to ascend into Heaven.
I hope that helps clear up some of your questions.

Lot and his wife and daughters were led out by angels, only Lots wife turned and looked back going against God and was turned to a pillar of salt, the whole city was destroyed, even the wives husbands because they were doing evil.
An angel told Mary she would have a Holy Child and name him Jesus. Joseph and Mary had not consumated their marriage.
Jesus told the people if they destroyed the temple he could rebuild it in 3 days, hence the veil of the temple ripped in half from top to bottom signifying that it was not needed no more, Jesus said we would not be left without a comforter, hence, The Holy Spirit, that now lives with in us, making us the new tabernacle.
Jesus appeared in spirit, and had not yet risen to Heaven, Jesus will return for the 2nd coming armegeddon where Jesus will fight Israels enemies, a false prophet will come before this and will have many fooled many nations, It says the north will invade israel, Jesus will come then, and the enemies will be destroyed.

some believe that Jesus went to hell (literally) to suffer for the sins that he was atoning for, in our place. i do not believe that, but i do not have proof positive that he did not. he may have been taking in a movie with noah and moses for all i can prove.
the whore of babylon is referred to, but as a specific and evil being clearing the way for the antichrist. maybe there are no other whores in babylon anyway.
the walls were not knocked down by the sound of the trumpet. instead the walls were knocked down by God, when the trumpeters sounded their notes to show their belief that God would deliver the city into their hands, without them having to storm the building.
could be the fish and bread were little bitty pieces like you get at company functions...if your company still has those in this economic age....of course that does not explain entirely the leftovers of fish and loaves, and i refrain from just saying "God did it" as a method of sucking out of the discussion.
yep. no sex.

Why would any of you who are truely trying to answer these questions do so? These are questions being asked not to get answered but in a futile attempt to make a point or even more so bring a sarcastic light on the bible and the Judeo-Christian belief as a whole. You know better than that, save your genuine answers for questions that are genuinely being asked instead of setting yourself up. If these were legitimate questions being asked you would need a lot more space than is provided here to address each one individually not forgetting to start in Do I have this striaght, 1?

The Holy Spirit is the one who guides you into all truth and teaches you all things. You cannot understand the Word of God unless the Spirit of God teaches you. You never discover truth, Truth is revealed. Jesus loves you.

Those are the theories I hear too........
I also hear that you can have more that one wife, that if a husband dies his wife becomes the property of his brother, that if you have an STD you are to run through the village throwing your hands in the air and yell "Unclean, unclean"

"God works in myserious ways" You don't have to have an answer for everything. Why did those specific DNA allign to make you like you are? We'll never know. But those you asked we will know when we take that walk with God.
And, its beaten - not beated

That's why they're called miracles! If you can't believe in things you haven't seen, then germs, radiation, and everything that ever happened in history must be complete lies to you too!
