Each countires morals are only pertinent to the country they are held in. There are not the same morals across the globe by which coutries could be said to have more than others. As far as which countries may adhere to their more and less, I would say a small country with a low crime rate such as Luxemborg or Switzerland for one aspect of morals, as far as the least i would say any third world country fighting for survival such as Sierra Leonne.

There is no such thing. Morals are self-made, not legislated by government, except the US maybe where we have the right-wing moral watchdogs. And thank god for them because otherwise people might be killing each other in the streets er... Morals are not the same for every individual in a society. The big ones, maybe like we shouldn't kill people or rob from our brother, but almost every decision you make is a moral one.

Too many variables. You can say that muslim countries are very moral because they dont allow alcohol and very low tolerance to crime. Yet they have public beheadings and polygamy. This is totaly wrong in a christian type country. Yet they drink and go to war.

So how could it be determined?

No country is more moral than another, just like no person is more moral than another. Everyone has their own idea of what constitutes "right" and "wrong".

I do not believe one country is any more moral than another. We all sin . . . we're all going to hell unless we accept Christ.
