My old house is! My family still lives there but I have my own place now since I'm in college.

The first night we stayed there I heard footsteps coming up the stairs. My bedroom door faced the top of the stairs so I sat up in bed to see who was there. However, I never saw anyone and the footsteps continued up the stairs, past my door, and down the hall. It was pretty spooky!

One night my older brother woke up and saw a little girl sitting in the corner of his room! So he rolled over and there she was on the other side of the room too! So he covered his head up and then he got hit by something (which turned out to be the vent from his ceiling).

Things we get moved around, doors would get locked, lights would get turned on, etc. It was pretty cool!

I believe I lived in a haunted house once, and not the nice weird noises kind.

One room in a rental house we had gave off a bad vibe. My newborn son would cry everytime he was in it, and he was a very calm baby other wise. My daughter, who was 4 at the time, began haing night terrors when she would sleep in it. Her eyes would be open and she would be screaming, and we'd have to shake her awake, and shed hae no memory of it. When I was alone in the house one night, I had to leave, because I could not go down the hall, I felt like something was coming down it, and it was NOT good, very scary. Even our dogs wouldnt go in there.
When we moved, my daughters night terrors stopped.

Dont know if I believe in ghosts, but I DO believe in demons, and the more I think about it, the more sure I am thats what was there,

Yes, and I'm totally serious here for a change.
Books FLYING off shelves, the disk tray on the computer opening and closing when the computer is off, the dog watching something that only she could see, things disappearing and then reappearing, really foul odors for no apparent reason and in some very specific places - like, you smell something and move two feet away and the smell is gone. Move back and it's there. The smoke detectors going off for no reason...but only certain ones. And it's not bad batteries (AC wired).

God is a Spirit (not a Ghost), and plural law/grace spirits are not to be believed, for one of twain is "antichrist" (anti-"the end of the law"). It can only exist if you give it place, by giving place to "high" things, by being highminded, or doubleminded, or Law Law.

If yer house is HAUNTED, it's the Mosaic house of Law Law. To spoil such a house of law: sin and death followed by hell, simply bind the "strong man" (Mt 12:29), the "strength" of sin's death sting (1Cor 15:56), the "fear hath torment" thereof such "law", whether it be the first or second of Mt 22: 36-40 "law law", for the second is notably like the first, a "great terror"-ist: Deut 34:12.

Sadly many give place to "another law", when even the second law of Rom 8:2 is notably like the first in Mt 22; Hello, it's "law", which is allegorically a "lie", when compared to grace and truth.

For more info see my other posts, both questions & answers.

The "grace" of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

My friend's is. There's one room in particular that you can hear whispering coming from when nobody's in there, and weird shadows move around when everyone's sitting down, no one's in there, or all the lights are off. Some of her cousins and her decided to use a Ouija board in there and figure out what it was. Bad idea - it's gotten a bit worse now. The family dog also refuses to go into that part of the house anymore.

Buildings are not haunted, people are. If you are not susceptible to visiting spirits, they will not manifest no matter where you are geographically. The only time that spirits from the angelic dimension materialize is when a person is open to them. This includes the angels of God and the dark angels of satan(demons).

I'm in the process of buying a house now where the previous owner died. Hope its not haunted by him because apparently he wasn't too nice.
