I guess by your reference to the pearly gates that you mean heaven. Suicide bombers that blow innocent people to bits will not be in heaven in the first place. There will be no virgins, there will be no heaven. This is something that has been started by a radical islamist to brainwash people into doing their bidding.
All we can do is pray for these people to come into the light and hear the truth.

If I interpreted my bible correctly, most of them most likely will be let in. This guy called Jesus saw to that, and our human view of justice will not change that.
People arriving at the gates will be judged on who they were in life and how they feel about it. If a good person, trying to do the right thing does something stupid, and shows true regret upon review of the deed, seeing the Truth, I hope the person will be admitted.
Otherwise they may as well burn the new testament.
