Depends on if she think much of the famous person in the first place. If the famous person has characteristics she admires and appreciate then yes I sure she would be quite flattered but if she does not have anything in common with the famous person then avoid it. Stick with the sweet nothings. Experiments with different ones and gauge her reaction.

It's depending on who the someone famous was.If it's Paris Hilton it could be good and bad.She's pretty but she's skanky too,or if you called her Rosanne Barr she might be insulted.You could just call her Aphrodite,but she might think your calling her a hoochie.It's your call dude.
