Venison. so low in fat that to make it a hamburger, you have to add fat. Very good, smells a little different than hamburger, but put it in spagetti, or anything else, and you can't tell the difference. Very good for you, too. Look at it this way: You have no idea what went into the grinder to make the hamburger (I've heard some awful stories, and my brother used to package hamburger at a grocery store), but Venison is something that YOU kill, You take care of, ya know? 100% completely natural.

chicken and turkey are leanest "normal" meats. Ostrich is very lean too, but hard to find. Fish are good. They're fatty, but it's good fat, not the bad.

it's rumored that Coney has no fat.. (Rabbit) and they sell Buffalo as a lower fat content than beef.. I have no scientific basis to bolster my arguments however.. you would need to research it..
