Is it possible? I have gained a few pounds since last summer and and I tryed my swimsuit on it still fits but I'm not as firm as I would like to be. Any excercises or ways to tone up quick?

I would do walking lunges....... you don't really need weights........do like 20 for each leg 3xs oh and just a warning you will be sore..... you could also do squats......that will tone up your legs.... for arms do so push ups and for abs do crunches..... cardio is important too and of course eating healthy

use the video Fat To Firm - Fitness Ball Workout For Dummies... i used it and within 1 week, my abs, arm muscles, buns an thighs were more firm....

you can order it online or maybe a video store
