I am a healthcare professional and had fingerprints done. I can't remember which government agency I suppose to send them to

The largest and main fingerprint registry agency of our federal government is the Federal Bureau of Investigations.

You can also call and check with your state's attorney general's office and find out if your state has a registry agency. I suggest you do a google search on your state attorney general's office to locate their web site. You can then simply vitsit the web site and email them your question.

Hope this helps.

Typically you send them to your FBI field office for background checks and the such. When in doubt, ask your employer.

Your employer should be able to tell you.
