Yes, but it is not advisable. It depends on your situation..
Antibiotics kill bacteria and steroids can suppress you immune system.
So if you have an infection, use antibiotics but not steroids to clear it faster because your immune system can help with that.
On the other hand, my grandpa was on both to clear a bone infection because he was allergic to the antibiotics needed to kill it. So the steroids suppressed his immune system to stop the allergic reaction and the antibiotics worked on the infection.
I would still advise you to ask your doctor before messing with either of these medicines first.
