I like this girl see, and according to her and people around us she is really into me too. We have kicked it a couple of times, and then didn't talk for like a week. I ran into her at the club, while i was with another girl, some stupid chick my friends date brought along for me to babysit. It was akward but i talked to her a couple of days later about it. She asked me about the girl and i explained everything seemed cool. So yesterday i asked her what time she is getting of work, and she says 10:20. i said "make sure you don't leave earlier" and she was like why? i said just make sure you don't leave. she was like ok. so i wanted to surprise her at work, but when i got there she wasn't there. I asked her coworkers when she got off, and she left at like 10.00. wtf? what does that mean, what do i do.

She's playing hard to get and/or she thinks you are a player. Just act like nothing happened.

It means she probably didn't see a reason in staying late. Even though you asked her to stay late, she could have been tired and ready to get home or anything else. I think you should continue your pursuit but be upfront and honest. No asking your friends if she likes you, what they think and so forth. Who better to tell you how she's feeling than the girl herself? Be upfront and honest with the her. And, when you two do start dating, that's when you can start surprising her.

A.) Say yes
or
B.) Say no
But either way you'll at least know.
Plus we women like confidence in men. Don't act all unsure when you speak with her. Be confident and self-assured.

Relax. Maybe something occurred that forved her to leave early. Most importantly just tell her how you feel. If it doesn't work out then it's her loss but if it does then you can both stop this little game and focus on having fun. Good Luck.

she thinks you are a player, yes. correct. what to do - take it from a woman who knows - be honest. tell her you want to see her to talk about this. tell her how you feel. tell her she is special to you and you need some time to prove that to her. ask her if she will please give you that time - and not to play games with you. tell her you understand why she may be acting a bit aloof, but, to just stop and give you a chance. Tell her you want a FAIR chance - you want to start over and make things right. If you say it like that - it will work. Let me know how it goes.

i think shes really butt hurt but well my friend... dunt stress it .. look .. i think you should not take it personal maybe shes just wanted revenge and wanted to make u feel a little pain like when she saw you with the other chik. watch.. my advice is to ask her why did she left and talk to her straight out... and see everything will be solved.. now if she does not believe u about the chik .. and whatever you are saying shes not worth it... believe me.. theres plenty of fish on the sea.. :)

i dont think u messed up just because she left early maybe she was tired or maybe they were slow and her boss told her to leave or something. but just some advice dont say thing like make sure u dont do this or that girls hate that

it could mean a variety of things, maybe she was tired and left early. Maybe something happened and it was a situation where she had to leave. I think you are over analyzing it. What I really think is if you like her you need to just tell her how you feel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It most likely means she's toying with you, and trying to string you along because she's not that into you. Don't try and pursue a girl like that. Move on, you can do better!
