ok, so I am in Port Royal, and I can see a big map and access all the previous sites. What do i do now?? I tried counting the dots, it didnt work. Anybody have any ideas??

The keyword for Port Royal is obtained by using the eight eyed card and placing the upper left most eye over the s from the location hollow trees and turning the card at a 45 degree angle (approximate) towards the serpent.
The letters shown in the eyes are:
Upper Left - s (from hollow treeS)
Upper Right - s (from Six islands)
2nd Row Left - s (from shallowS)
2nd Row Right - s (from six iSlands)
3rd Row Left - s (from horSe bay)
3rd Row Right - s (from six islandS)
Bottom Left - s (from South cape)
Bottom Right - t (from serpenT)
Reading from left to right, top to bottom, you arrive at: ssssssst
To solve this puzzel you must go back through the previous locations and find the obvious letters and numbers written somewhere.
1) Sargasso Sea - Nothing
2) Bermuda - 2 on box lid, 5 on plate
3) Madiera - 5 on door, 8 on wine cask
4) Tropic of Cancer - N
5) Saint Helena - 7
6) Saint Mary - 7
7) Pulau Jong - 1
8) Diomede - Nothing
9) Isla Mas A Tierras - 3 on rocks
10) Cape Horn - Nothing
11) Cozumel - W
12) Isla Culebra - Nothing
13) Port Royal - Nothing
Using the numbers derived from each of the locations (and the order in which they were obtained, if more than one number was obtained, such as on Bermuda and Madiera)
2 - Bermuda
5 - Bermuda
5 - Madiera
8 - Madiera
N - Tropic of Cancer
7 - Saint Helena
7 - Saint Mary
1 - Pulau Jong
3 - Isla Mas A Tierras
W - Cozumel
Put them together and you arrive at:

No doubt a few people have finished... so here you go:
To solve the first code to get into Port Royal, you use the 8 eye card. Top left eye goes on the letter 'S' on trees in the bottom right of the treasure map. You'll end up with the code: SSSSSSST
Once you unlock Port Royal, you'll see a map of the world with all the previous ports. You'll need to go through all of them all over again to find individual digits that will make up the last coordinate. For instance, on Bermuda, you'll find a broken dish with the #5 and the top of the wine box has the #2. On MMadeira you'll see the #5 scratched on the door, and an side-ways #8 on a barrel, etc. The final coordinate is: 2558N7713W
On the island of Somewhere... you'll need to click around to find a box and its top. Decipher that, and that will give you the 8 digits to enter on the final Submit page.
Note: The Japanese site code is different than the US site code... so no doubt a lot of people who thought they were clever may have entered the wrong code on the final page.

Additional Info: There is a box buried AND a box top in two different locations. The box top has a skull on it. The puzzle on the boxes for the Japanese site is different than the puzzle on the US site.

omg what a surprise they dont have enough bandwidth for everyone. this sucks!! its stuck on the loading screen where it says Loading 100%
some additional details:
I'm not exactly sure that what i am doing is correct but I am going back to the previous puzzles, starting with bermuda and finding outside numbers. for example, the box with wine has a 2... on it which could be the first coordinate. Then you go to the next place and so on. I havent got the coordinates yet but am half way through.

You have to go back to each site and find the extra numbers for the next coordinate. I'll give you a hint. The coordinate will be in the order of the places and it will be north and west.
I know this because I have already been on the Japanese site and got to the last step.

I do not have audio on my computer. I understand there is a voice speaking "no." I found sites where the pointer becomes a hand, but don't see that I can do anything. Is the voice speaking anything else? Is there something I am missing?

It took a while to figure out..
But i still have another 30 minutes 'till i can use it.

Just a quick note...when you "Enter Solution", it will take ANY 8 numbers you enter, and only the first time you enter numbers will count, so ignore the people saying "OMG ITZ 12345678!!!!", because unless you solve it yourself, you won't know for sure.

Has anyone been able to decipher the last clues from the Jap site?
You can play the game in Japanese........true pirates always find a way to get things without playing fairly.

After Port Royal you go to "Somewhere" - any clues to that location? all i get is the guy saying "no" on the island. . .
