It's one of those ones that doesn't make sense. The teller of the joke tells it just to see the confused looks on the faces of the ones that he told the joke to. When my dad told it, the punchline was always 'doghouse'. Tell the other guy and see if that's what he was planning on telling you as the punchline. Or I could be totally wrong and he could actually want you to solve a realy analogy...who knows! Good luck!
Oh, and to the guy above me...a circle is only 360°...DUH!
