Im used to it actually! I stare at guys so I dont mind it! if u dont approach the girl and u are talking to guys around u just fine, then that is weird but , if u finally approach the girl ( even if it takes an hr) then its ok!! cause ur just getting ur thoughts together before u approach her!! and plus u could be nervous and scared! Which is cute!!!
Dont be nervous ! u must stare when u like someone and ur scared to approach her because u might think she dont like u or u think she isnt in my league! or what ever. Its ok. Men stare at me all the time! I think its cute! now, only if they would approach me......

Actually, hot women don't like it when men stare at them. I take it that you're asking this question because you're trying to figure out something for yourself. So, the next time you're checking a girl out and you two make eye contact, NEVER look away first. Show her that you're not afraid to let her know you're checking her out. This also shows dominance because you're the last to look away. Also, as soon as she breaks the eye contact go over there and talk to her. By going over right away this projects confidence. A wuss will sit there and stare at a woman and make her uncomfortable. A ladies man will look her in the eye and walk over and begin talking. That's what seperates the two. Try it sometime and you'll get big results. Just don't ask stupid questions like, "What do you do for a living?" Keep the conversation interesting, fun, and don't be afraid to tease her and crack jokes.

Okay, hypothetical situation: if I was sitting at a cafe' reading a book, and noticed that a strange man in decent clothing was staring at me. And if in this hypothetical situation, I smiled at this man as a hello and he smiled back but did not approach, I wouldn't be frightened.
Maybe he's waiting for someone. Maybe he's handicapped. Maybe his back hurts. There are too many factors for me to assume he's a stalker or whatever. Hope I answered your question. best of luck.

It depends b/c some guys like to smile then whistle at a girl and thats not attractive. If the guy smiles and just continues walking on by then its okay. For me it feels like the guy notice me and just was being a gentleman.

Well I like it, unless a guy keeps doing it, because then I wonder if he is trying to be a pervert or what. So if a guy stares then smiles then looks away then it's fine.

Men looking is flattering; it means you are pleasing to the eye, so to speak. Men staring like they are undressing you with their eyes is uncomfortable and disrespectful, but you can't control what they think so if you don't like it, move away.

Like it and hate it at the same time, like it cause It shows he is interested in me but hate it cause he wont approach. Its like "i am ok to stare at but u cant get up and talk to me" that can be a lil frustrating to a female.
