Well... the pictures are great for a laugh....lol!!
If you look at them you will see a red, white and blue circular emblem..... that is the unit patch for TRADOC... the Army Training and Doctrine Command. Most all of those pictures on those links are military training facilities!
The reason we have the Executive Orders is clear if you actually read the entire order... not just an excerpt. The facilities "could" be used in the event of a National Emergency (which are managed by FEMA). Its called planning for worst case senario. The rail cars for FEMA is a factual thing.... they are in case we have to do mass evacuations. I'm glad we have some kind of plan.
All three of the organizations cited above are all anti-government and close to be listed as anarchists groups.
I think contacting the Public Affairs Office at any of these installation could be a better alternative than what you have read about "the real purposes" for those facilities. You can arrange to tour some of them if they aren't being used for training at the time. Or hey, call you Congressman and ask them to have thier staff investigate it.

You would have to be one gulible Liberal to believe all this crap. Just like global warming why didn't Al Gore do something as VP. Simple answer money for Gore and the Liberals. Michael Moore's crap film 9/11 protrayed a Marine and they told him they were with the Discovery Channel. People if we know everything the goverment is doing then so does the enemy. If your not doing anything wrong don't worry about. Why is the ACLU sticking their noses in the detention facilty in in the bay in Cuba. A means American Civil Liberties not the ragheads dumbasses.

Amusing. I recognized some of those pictures. One was of a facility the US Army uses to train MPs in how to operate a POW camp.
I guess that no matter what, there are suckers who will believe conspiracy theories.
