They say a girl should only purpose on the year that has an xtra day in Feb. , Leap Year . It's suppose to bring good luck and if the man refuses the ladies purposal he will never find happines in his life time . So guys Never Say No to a Lady on Lea Year

If you're really in love with a guy and he's not forthcoming, I'll advice you to go ahead and propose. It's purely a blatant lie that you lose your dignity and such a guy will look down on you as a cheap gurl. I want to tell you that, perhaps the guy also wants to do it but he's having an impression that you're fixed up witn someone else. If you're experiencing such a situation, please, go right ahead this very minute to propose to the guy in question. You'll have a positive story to tell me after-wards - I can assure you in all honesty. Cheers!

Not actually "propose" but to tell him it's time to get married cos they have been going out for too long already.....like more than 2 years. A girl can't be expected to keep waiting for that elusive proposal which most of the time never comes.

I really dont see anything wrong in todays society wiht that but we should always try to preserve how things were done in society before our times, so the guy should always propose becuase women are alot more commited and in touch with their feelings, then men are so yea.

Girls are traditionally only allowed to propose on Feb 29th, which only comes around every 4 years. Its 2006 though, so do whatever you want!

sure, they are the ones who do it anyway, they just tell the man he has to propose to her, or do all the hinting. They are basicaly saying it anyway so why not be honest and just come out with it. All about honesty right?
