Excersize
Slowly overtime increase your amount of Vitamin C from 500 mg to 2000 mg, and if that doesn't help, go to 3000 mg. Can be obtained at your pharmacy rather inexpensively.
More expensive alternatives:
CoQ10 - 100 mg per day
L-Carnitine - 500 mg per day
Also do yoga, be in the park, communicate effectively and openly and without excessive anger,
Be well,
Cheryl
Ah yes, also replace your caffiene with a multi-source green powder supplement that you can get at a local health store (not pharmacy). Add to water or juice and take 2 to 3 times a day. Your energy will increase. Don't take it after 4 or 5 pm.
Make sure you get plenty of rest/sleep. If you have trouble, take melatonin, valarian or Passiflora (passion flower). I get headaches from these, so I just take GABA 100 to 200 mg at 6 or 7 pm. All safe ingrediants, won't harm you and they are non-addictive. Or go to calmspirit.net, and purchase her chinese remedies for sleep.

Get into the habit of getting to sleep earlier at night. Exercise when you wake up (or jog, run, walk) - as that actually gives you some energy. Don't overdo caffeine (health problems), but if you already drink some - keep it up - just don't drink any close to the time you want to get to sleep.
