I love a leafy salad of spring greens, carrots and croutons with bacon bits. The spring green mix is filled with spinach, radicchio, endive and tender greens that are a bit more costly but have a sweeter, tender flavor.
When you top off a salad like this one with a raspberry vinaigrette....ooooooh baby, baby!
