Why not purchase 2 separate Precious Moments. One bride and one policeman (I have the policeman) and have them put on the cake next to each other. When all is done you still have your pieces to keep.

You might consider finding an inexpensive bride only figurine at a party planner shop, and pair her with a policeman doll of the same size, which you might find at a toy store or a party planner shop.

I'm not sure what you consider a reasonable price, but here are some places that do police cake toppers:
http://jjbridal.com/id118.html
http://www.uniquecaketoppers.com/military,police,fireman%20wedding%20cake%20toppers.htm
http://www.coloradocarla.com/PoliceWeddings.htm
Prices seem to be $70+ on those sites, but they are custom cake toppers.

Craft stores like Michael's have them. I don't know about a policeman specifically though.
