Pretty much. Jesus paid the complete price.
However, if you want the abundant life that He mentions in John 10, there may be more that you want to do.
I don't mean live a life of ascetism either.

A lot of people think that following what they've always know will be enough. By enough I'm assuming you mean you want to be saved. The bible says in Acts2:38 "Then Peter said unto them repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost". (or Holy Spirit if you prefer). Following this verse is the only way I've found in the bible to be saved.
The bible never mentions just believing on the Lord. Every time the bible records someone being "saved" and it says "they believed on the lord" it is always followed by the experience of them receiving the Holy Ghost. The bible details this experience in Acts 2:4
The only book in the bible that tells you how to be "saved" is Acts. Charismatics like to pull scriptures from Romans and stuff to explain how to be saved. All the of the Epistles (books of the bible from Romans to Jude) are written to people that have already been saved. The whole bible works together. You can't pick and choose.
With all of the religions in the world we all will ultimately be judged by the bible. The whole bible, in it's entirety not just the parts that fit the religion we want to belong to.
Doing your best to follow him is a good start, but you can't do it on your own. You need to receive his spirit to help you live the way he wants you too.

That's only the beginning of salvation. If you desire to continue in it, then there is what the bible calls a 'working out of your salvation' and that is to be done on a daily basis.
Salvation consists of more than a quick ticket to heaven, it's maintaining a relationship with Jesus by reading His word and obeying it, submitting to the will of the Lord, and spending time in His presence talking to Him every chance you get.
It's also a revelation of Jesus and restoration into right standing with God.
Salvation is not something you would dabble in or try out like you would a used car, it's a decision of a lifetime and must come from your heart. "If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Romans 10:9-10
Also, Jesus answered and said to him, "Most assuredly I say to
you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." John 3:3 The word 'see' in the Greek language means to behold, to be aware of, to gaze with wide open eyes as at something remarkable, to discern clearly, to experience.
Salvation is an experience with God, not religion. If you cannot clearly disern the existence of the kingdom of God nor have you had an experience with Jesus, you have not been born again, ie, saved.
Understand that you can walk away from God, and if you do, you are no longer saved...that's why you have to work out your salvation daily by the leading of the Holy Spirit, not on your own. Salvation should never be approached casually.

with the help of definition, a Christian in common words follows Christ. common good judgment tells us this. Does this advise we are closed to different techniques? No. so long because the perception is in step with Christ's Gospel, then that's good. The words of Paul in the Bible are considered to be inspired with the help of the Holy Spirit. this can advise that God the Holy Spirit, the 0.33 individual of the Holy Trinity, helped Paul write his letters. Divine concept has no blunders, that can make Paul's words infallible. also, because divinity is eternal, then what comes from divinity is likewise eternal, that's why the Bible applies to all generations each of the time. If Paul had purely written letters to the straightforward on his own means, it will be extremely argued that his words were in common words meant for the Christians of his time. the different, notwithstanding, is the reality. God bless.

I believe that all you have to do is accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, but there are others who believe that you also have to get baptized as well. I believe that baptism is a step of obedience for showing that you are a follower of Christ. I would suggest getting involved in a church because they can help you grow spiritually and it is a great chance to fellowship with other Christians. I would also tell you that you should have time, daily, with God so that you can grow in Him personally and learn about Him.

As long as you've followed up by receiving God's salvation plan as outlined in Acts Chapter 2 and maintain a relationship with Christ in your daily life by refraining from the sins of your past, prayer and study of God's Word and etc......

You have to completely believe in Him. Christ sais that there will be people on Jugdment Day who cry out "Lord Lord" and Christ will answer "I do not even know who you are" and the people will be cast down into the lake of fire. You need to have a relationship with Him as well.

No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
People who have cast out demons and healed the sick will hear Jesus say I NEVER KNEW YOU. Get it! some say this and that but do you KNOW Jesus intimately have you been changed into the image of His dear Son - or just received that potential? You have been given a gift, DO NOT LET IT ROT IN THE BOX! you will be accountable for the out come - DO NOT BURY THE TALENT and be lazy like so many compromising Christians. Do not believe those who are couch potato c'est la vie Christians on Judgment day they will not be there when you face God and he requires of you the talent He freely gave you! You are responsible for your relationship with God and His purpose for your life, not what others think you should do with your life. salvation does not end when you receive it IT begins, - work it out with fear and tumbling! (awesome respect for God and your desire to please the Father) Read your Bible more and don't listen to the majority - unless that majority lines up with what God has to say!

What you need to do is to turn from your sins and accept Jesus Christ as you Lord and Savior. Then you will be in a saving relationship and will have eternal life. There is no other way.

Accept him as your personal lord and saviour. Ask God for forgiveness of your sins because of the blood Jesus spilled on the cross. Repent from sinful ways. And strive to live a life worthy of the calling you have received in Jesus.
