I thought this guy (Will) wanted to just be my friend. Now he keeps texting me saying 'I like you as more than a friend.' I kind of want to be with him but I really want to be with another guy named Brad. Will keeps calling and won't stop.

A) Who would you choose?
B) Why?
C) How can I show Will that I don't like him without hurting him?

You gotta be straight with Will and let him know that it ain't happening.

But, then you can't have him as a friend either.

Look girl, it's one or the other. All of Will or all of Brad. Anything else, and you're the (emotional) slu*.

Before you can decide, ask yourself these questions and try to answer them truthfully
A). Who to choose depends on how much do you know about Will and Brad? Their characters. Are they funny, generous, polite and treat you with respect?
B) Between Will and Brad, who has the most common interest with you? Example: Do both of you like the same music, sports, hobbies, pastimes. If you can answer this question, you will know why.
3. Looks like you have already made your choice. Tell Will the truth . That you are seeing someone else and would like to remain only as friends with him. Maybe introduce a friend of yours who has similar interest with Will. By telling him now will make it hurt but much lesser than if you wait and tell him later

Well, the only thing that bothers me is that Will is texting you these messages and not actually talking to you in person. This might seem like no big deal. But I know from experience that a guy that is too afraid to talk to your face this early in a relationship is going to have even more trouble talking to you about problems that come up later in a relationship and instead of working things out, will just get mad and expect you know that he's mad. Guys do that just as much as girls do, it's not just a girl thing. So if I were you I would go with the guy who is less afraid to talk about those kind of things. As for telling Will you don't like him, you just have to tell him and make it clear. It will hurt him, but there's no way around that and in my opinion it is nicer to be clear about it than stringing him along and making him think he still has a chance.

Looks like you've already chosen Brad... tell Will you just want to be friends. Stop answering Will's calls. Tell him you want to be with Brad. Just be honest.

Tell Will that you want him as a friend. If you have l liked the other guy first, pursue him. I think Will is a little pushy and too fast. You cannot be responsible for anyone else's feelings except your own. Be honest with Will. He will have to deal with it. Stay true to yourself.
