if i am dating someone, and I see an ex and we end up in the same bed (NOTHING HAPPENED AT ALL) does it count as cheating?

just went to see the ex to get some of my things, ended up drinking a bit and just fell asleep. I stayed on my side.

If you aren't honest about it with the one you are dating then yes. Because you honestly thought of doing something wrong if you are trying to hide it. Just think of how you would feel if the shoe was on the other foot... Would you consider it cheating if it happened to you?

Were there six other people in that bed? Was this a 'how many people can we fit onto a twin size bed' contest? I don't see why you would have ended up in the same bed with your ex. if you something wasn't still going on in your minds...
Cheating, in the real sense of the word, if you didn't feel, touch, kiss, or have intercourse, then no.. it's not cheating. Was it right? It wasn't right either...
Not knowing more of how you ended up together in the same bed, I'd have to say it was wrong, but not cheating.

If you need to lie about it ... then it is cheating. If there is nothing to hide and you don't hide anything... then it is not. If your mate thinks it is cheating.... then you have things to talk about and come to agreement on.
