I can tell you that it's very difficult to find it online. I did a search for you but failed!
But good news is that you can find it in Williams Hematology . Go to the section Color Atlas XXII: Lymph Node Biopsies and find it there. If it doesn't have a copy right I will copy and paste the image for you. sorry for that and good luck
