Traveling from Florida to England *Gatwick AIrport*..we were on the plane for close to eight hours. When we finally got settled in it was 11am England Time *we left Florida time 8pm*. I had a quick bite to eat and passed out in the hotel room. Then I woke the next morning w/ a sinus infection >(

Well this may not seem very far to you -- but travelling from Michigan to the Canary Islands was really tough. Mainly because my sister and I really wanted to go out and enjoy the night life, but it doesn't get started there until about 2:30AM local time! That combined with the already large time difference, made it take us about 5 days to make ourselves stay up long enough to go out to the bars. :)

I can honestly say that I have never experienced jet lag. I've traveled as many as 7 time zones east AND west, and never had a problem with it.

flying from australia to london heathrow. 24 hr flight and about 10 hours total in stops and plane change over.

jetlag?

well, coming back to america from india was the worst. never drive if it's only been a day since you came back......going to india it wasn't so bad, but coming back just killed me.
