The best school around is in San Antonio (the Cordon Bleu). I've looked too! I'm in NW Houston and love to cook! Unfortunately, there are no good cooking schools in Houston

have you checked for any night classes at the local high schools yet? I'm sure they would have one of those. Maybe one of the appliance stores does a cooking class... the scent of the food cooking would bring in customers- that's for sure!
