At a Chrismas party, I once had these delicious cookie-like things someone made. The batter was made from fudge cake mix, (but not made like cupcakes) it was spooned into mini paper baking cups and filled or topped with some sort of raspberry filling. Anyone have a recipe for this?

They were made using cake mix, but not as directed on the box. Kinda like cookies, but chewy and baked in mini paper baking cups.
They were not the truffle bars someone suggested, but thanks for trying.

I'm sorry, I don't have that recipe, sounds yummy, though. If someone finds it, please let me know.

I think you are talking about truffles.

Chocolate Raspberry Truffles

Truffles:

1 1/3 cups chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons heavy cream
1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
2 Tablespoons seedless raspberry jam

Coatings:

6 ounce package white baking bars OR
1 cup chocolate chips (milk chocolate or semisweet)
2 teaspoon shortening
Cocoa or Confectioners' sugar

In a heavy saucepan, combine chips, heavy cream and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Stir in raspberry jam. Cover with plastic wrap; freeze 20 minutes, or until firm. Drop mixture by teaspoons onto foil-lined cookie sheet. Freeze 15 minutes. Roll into balls; again, freeze until firm.

Coating: In a double boiler over hot (not boiling) water, melt white baking bars OR chocolate chips with shortening, stirring until smooth. Drop frozen truffles, one at a
time, into melted coating. Stir quickly to coat, and then remove with a fork, shaking off excess coating. Place on baking sheet; chill until set. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator.
