Hmm. If you're really hungry, nothing will fill you up better than protein. Instead of the cheeseburger, go for a nice juicy chicken breast. Go for low fat, but don't lose flavor. Eat until you are not hungry anymore. If you think you'll be hungry later, get something extra like a soup or salad that you can eat later to hold you over until dinner.

Eat a chicken salad with walnuts and a light dressing. (the protein will keep you full and satiated for a while.)

If you are craving carbs, get a sandwich made with whole-grain bread, turkey, avocado etc. Go for the whole-grain carbs, it'll keep you fuller for longer.

Remember not to deprive yourself..that will only lead to a binge later. Instead, choose whole-grains, healthy fats and allow yourself small portions of things you really crave. Moderation is key and you'll lose weight AND be able to keep it off.

Pita sandwiches. They are fast and you can put every kind of vegetable in them and a little ranch dressing and it will taste great. If you don't like ranch dressing, try a little Italian dressing, salt, pepper, or a little garlic salt. Also some other fillings, sauteed shrimp in olive oil and minced garlic, tuna lettuce and tomatoes with feta cheese. Chicken breast with blue cheese dressing and lettuce. Anything you like just lots of veggies with it will keep it low fat.
