First you have to realize that you are powerless and it will take a greater power than you to help you get out of it. There are some great books out there that can help. Doug Weiss has some good books. There is also a book called Every Man's Battle, you must get this. Counseling will really help you understand what the source of your problem is. Next time you act out, write down what triggered that action. Then look deeper to see what the source really is. Is it loneliness, depression? You have to find the source then work on that. good luck. Check out this website also http://www.blazinggrace.org/

Only you yourself know why you are addicted to sex. So it actually depends on your own determination to break away from it. You can actually see a consellor and tell them about your problem, they will do as much as they can but the rest is all up to you already
