It depends on which side you're looking at it from. The Christians think the the others are wrong, and it goes the same way for the other religions.
What it boils down to is extremists of all three religions killing people in the name of God. The main difference is, more people have died in the name of the Christian God than in the name of any other God.
Now that they have WMD at the disposal of the religious right (who now seems to have a major control in the Republican Party), we may see that number increase exponentially in the coming years.
It's the way the extremists go about their acts that makes these three religions so hienous. The Jewish people aren't fighting other people because they don't believe the same thing as them, they are fighting to get their "holy" land. It's unfortunate that it's in the same place as someone else's.
The Christian extremists kill because the people they are fighting are "heathens" and don't believe the same thing as them. (The Crusades for example)
The problem is not the vast majority of each religion does the killing. It's the fact that the extremists are allowed to do their killing because of the masses of that religion don't stop it.
The majority of Southern Baptist preachers in the US don't preach killing. However, their preaching leads those extremist in their congregations to believe that they are morally "right" to perform the killings under God's law.
Until the majority of each of these religions stands up and casts these extremists out as the foolish perversions they are, they will continue to harm the name of what could otherwise be "good" religions.

From the historical perspective, the most cruel of the three suggested would have to be the Christians. The Crusades are a good example of why Christians have earned this distinction. When the great Muslim hero, Saladin, conquered cities, he spared the lives of Christians and Jews. He even permitted them to persist in the practice of their religion. Contrast his mercy with that of the Christians who, upon seizing Jerusalem, slaughtered almost everyone in the city, Muslims, Jews, and even the local Christians. This, however, is not merely an aberration in Christian history.
Alternative groups of Christians, such as the Bogomil, the Cathari, the Gnostics, the Mannicheans, and others were hunted down, tortured, and exterminated by that most famous of Christian institutions, the Inquisition. Folk-healers and practitioners of nature religion in Northern Europe were murdered by the Church. During the period of the Inquisition, an estimated one million people were arrested, tortured and slaughtered; many of them were women.
In the Old World and the New, Christians used their faith to justify the conquest, enslavement, and the genocide of indigenous peoples. Even as late as the American Civil War, Christians continued to use the Bible as proof that slavery was their god's will. During WWII, Christian leaders remained silent even as they knew the Holocaust was happening. Even from these few examples, it appears quite clear that Christians have a long and unparalleled history of cruelty.

Cruelty is not a matter of who's more cruel but who's more ignorant. Each of the person on your short list are unfailrly compared to each other. Who is the greater evil- Osama or Adolph Hitler? Hitler or Ghenis Khan? Who is the more evil one, the follower or the followee? The list you provided is too short. Ariel Sharon came from a culture that was almost wiped out in WW2, so prejudices against all non Jews continues. Osama kills for control of the people (like Stalin) Bush kills for oil. One thing that I always remembers is what Mohamed Gandhi said., "Evil empires always fall. Always."

You are confusing religion with politics.
None of these men are the leaders of these religions.
AND you presume that Christians are only in the US, or Muslims are only in the middle east and Jews in Israel.
Newsflash: there are people of all denominations EVERYWHERE in the world. It is discrimination and ignorance of the highest form to think you can categorize each one into a nice neat little capsule as you have tried to do here.
You don't fool me!

You're generalizing. Not all Christians consider Pres. Bush to be a hero (or even a good Christian). Not all Muslims admire Usama bin Laden for his terrorist activities. And not all Jews considered Sharon a great prime minister.

umm...who said G.W. is a great Christian Hero? I myself would nominate Pope John Paul II, as a great Christian Hero (No, I'm not Catholic). Ariel Sharon is a great man, and Osama Bin Laden is not nearly as revered among muslims as the american press would have us believe (Yes, I am an American...by birth, TEXAN by the Grace of G-D!)

What about Hitler? He claimed to be Roman Catholic (1) but who knows whether that was a political ploy or not.
I don't know about anyone else, but I do not believe that Jesus is a Republican. He probably isn't a Democrat, either. And George Bush certainly is not my Hero.

The answer to your question is that there will always be people like George Bush and Osama Bin Laden who will use religion name for their political purposes. We have to discourage these people.
